How to Enroll

Register in ADP (if you haven't already)

You’ll receive an email from ADP with registration instructions. Make sure to have that email handy when you begin the process below:

  1. Visit www.workforcenow.adp.com.
  2. Click Create account.
  3. Click I have a registration code.
  4. Enter the registration code provided to you in the email from ADP. Click Continue.

Enroll for benefits coverage in ADP

You must register for an account in ADP before you can enroll. Follow the instructions above to create an account. Then, when you're ready, follow the steps below to enroll:

  1. Visit www.workforcenow.adp.com.
  2. Enter your user ID and password to sign in.
  3. An Open Enrollment pop-up box will display. Click Start enrollment.
  4. Review the Welcome message.
  5. Enter dependent/beneficiary information: Social Security Number, date of birth, and gender will be required to create a dependent record.
  6. Review your benefit options and make selections.
  7. Review your selections and submit. Once you’ve submitted your elections, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

If you don’t enroll during your 30 day new hire window, you can't make changes during the year unless you experience a qualifying life event, such as marriage, the birth or adoption of a child, or a loss of other coverage.

Eligibility

Employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible for benefits on your date of hire. You can also enroll your eligible spouse and children up to age 26.

If you leave the Company, your medical, dental and vision coverage will terminate at the end of the month. Life, AD&D and Supplemental benefits terminate on your last day of work.
