Life and AD&D Insurance

Heritage provides Company-paid life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance at no cost to you. This coverage provides a benefit in the event of death or injury. You also have the option to purchase additional coverage for added financial protection.

Basic Life and AD&D One time base pay up to $100,000
Buy-Up Life and AD&D Up to $500,000

Disability Insurance

Heritage provides Company-paid disability insurance at no cost to you.

Short-Term Disability (STD)

The Company pays for short-term disability (STD) coverage in the event you become sick or injured and are unable to work. The benefit pays 60% of wages up to $1,500/week, for up to 13 weeks. There is a seven-day waiting period before STD benefits take effect.

Long-Term Disability (LTD)

The Company pays for long-term disability (LTD) coverage in the event you become sick or injured and are unable to work for an extended period of time. The benefit pays 60% of wages up to $7,500/month, for up to the Social Security normal retirement age for eligible disabilities.
